Use the Audi Sport Performance app on private tracks only, away from public roads. Adapt your driving style to your individual capability and to the environmental conditions. As the driver, you have sole responsibility for handling your vehicle. Securely attach your smart phone in a dedicated holder. Park your vehicle safely before you use the application or review analyses and evaluations. Make sure that video recording and capture of lap times is permitted by the track operator.

Racetrack use places significant stress on all vehicle components, in particular the engine, gearbox, clutch, tires, brake system, and chassis suspension. This can cause increased wear. Oil consumption may also be higher than in normal driving operation. Check your vehicle carefully immediately after increased stress. All the brake pads OK? Do the tires show signs of any abnormalities, on both the inner and outer edges (e.g., tread, blistering)? Are the air vent openings free of leaves and debris? Is the oil level correct?
